A CLINIC AS A "PATIENT"
WENDELSTEIN KLINIK came to us through the recommendation of a medical colleague. The clinic management, led by the chief physician, felt that the rather outdated clinic website was in urgent need of treatment—a diagnosis we were able to confirm after examining the "patient."
As always with such comprehensive projects, our first step was to get to know and understand the client as thoroughly as possible. We visited the private clinic for psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and psychotherapy in the Swabian Alb, engaging in extensive discussions with the chief physicians and the commercial director. What makes WENDELSTEIN KLINIK unique? How do you approach such highly sensitive medical topics? How much must and can be said? What communication style is appropriate?
WELL ON THE WAY TO RECOVERY
In the following weeks, we first created a proposal for the structure, layout, and text style of the new website. And after its approval, we moved swiftly to implementation—in excellent collaboration and very close coordination with the clinic's physicians and therapists. During a two-day shoot directed by our Art Director, new photographs were created that finally appropriately convey the special ambience and exceptional atmosphere of the clinic.
After the new website went online, we immediately launched the online campaign in collaboration with our partners at njada, which is currently still running.
Prioritized by WENDELSTEIN KLINIK, the focus is initially on the clinical pictures of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and burnout. Video ads in animation style are created and placed, specifically targeting various audience groups, as well as remarketing ads for Facebook and LinkedIn. In parallel, the respective landing pages are being optimized.
A CLINIC TOUR IN 28 PAGES
Immediately after the web presence, the image brochure was completely redesigned. Here too, the challenge was to coherently combine factual, medically sound information with highly emotional, atmospheric visual and text messages into an overall picture of WENDELSTEIN KLINIK. To recommend the clinic as an experienced, competent, trustworthy partner for people with psychological problems: We hope we have succeeded in this—entirely in the spirit of the dedicated physicians and therapists, but above all for their patients.
