Mission Trade Fair: Accomplished!

Putting together an event that everyone rates as “really great” is hard enough. Maintaining that level for the follow-up event the next year and, if possible, taking it up a notch, only succeeds with the right partners. And us.

For “Zentrag,” we didn’t just develop a completely new brand personality with the transformation to “GILDE.” The most important in-house trade fair, which the association holds annually together with two partner associations, was also given a complete overhaul. Trade fair concept, name, and presence: everything completely new – and a complete success at the 2024 premiere in Dresden.

On the way to becoming a series hit

The bar was therefore set high for TRIALOGE 2025 Düsseldorf.

Within a project duration of approx. 6 months, we developed the entire preliminary communication for the 2-day trade fair, including website, ongoing newsletters to exhibitors and visitors, etc.

On the other hand, we were responsible for the complete design of the evening event for 480 guests – the heart of the trade fair and THE highlight for everyone. Complete design means: from the initial concept approach to organization and coordination in advance (technology, catering, furniture, decoration, show acts, entertainment, etc.) through to implementation and on-site direction.

Blockbuster in Düsseldorf!

Under the motto “003 – In the Service of the Trialogues,” we staged an event at the Alte Federnfabrik in Düsseldorf in the style of the legendary James Bond films: with the famous drinks and fine food, “Bond girl” singers, and a spectacular futuristic light show. The absolute hit of the evening, however, was the James Bond movie poster campaign “The Spy Who Imitated Me”: In extremely entertaining shoots, six agency employees photographed the guests with star appeal and generated individual James Bond movie posters from the portraits directly on-site. This allowed everyone to take home their iconic poster as a souvenir in a specially produced tube.

Mission successful!

The customer’s impression matched our own: it was an all-around successful trade fair. And in the online survey that we always conduct afterwards, the feedback from both exhibitors and member companies of the three organizing associations was consistently very positive.

So, time to take a breather? Not at all! The concept for TRIALOGE 2026 is already in the works.
