It is the employees who drive a company's success. It is gratifying when management recognizes this—and wishes to reward it. Such was the case with MTU, which issued a pitch for an "employee film to motivate and raise awareness for customer satisfaction." Our "Big Moments" concept did more than just convince the client; it overwhelmed them emotionally.

We were commissioned to produce the film. Befitting its significance, it was a mammoth project. After 10 months of intensive work, filming on three continents, tens of thousands of air miles, and countless hours of planning, coordination, editing, copywriting, and scoring, the film was complete. Its premiere before 300 MTU executives was met with standing ovations, beaming faces—and even tears.

The film's concept was so sustainable and its impact so powerful that MTU also utilized a slightly modified version externally as an image film. Is there any greater compliment for us as the "creators"?
