HELLO BIRDS! FOOD IS SERVED!
For Dehner Garden Centers, Kainz conceived and produced three different films on the topic of “wild bird feeding”. During filming, the crew (agency, photo, and film team) had to get up very early, be very patient, and practice complete stillness and silence for a long time. This was rewarded with unforgettable nature experiences, beautiful images – and great, much-clicked spots.
CHAT WITH THE POPE.
It is none other than ornithology expert Prof. Peter Berthold himself who shares his knowledge in our advice spot. During the shoot, he proved to be a complete professional in front of the camera, an amusing entertainer, and a warm host. Many of the beautiful nature shots for the other clips were also taken in his wild and romantic bird paradise near Lake Constance, where we were allowed to settle in for a day.
LURE THE BIRD!
Just hang up food – and “action”? Not with animal protagonists! Two weeks before the shooting date for the image clips, feeders were placed in the locations (two private gardens in Lindau) to attract the birds. It worked!
THE ESSENCE OF 16 HOURS OF MATERIAL.
The clip for Natura Meisenknödel is 2:30 minutes long. For this, filming took place for a full day in summer and a full day in winter! The entire material is, of course, fully available to the client.
