Something of Their Own!
ALPLA is actually a specialist in developing innovative packaging for clients from a wide range of industries. However, when an employee comes up with an idea for a great product of their own, they are happy to make an exception. ALPLA wanted not only to produce the innovative paint bucket set for renovation work in-house, but also to market it online themselves.
For this, the product first needed a name—and received one relatively quickly from us. COMPAINTION is a portmanteau of COMPANION and PAINT, perfectly capturing the product benefit: perfect support for painting!
WOULD YOU LIKE A SIDE WITH THAT?
To explain the innovative product and its advantages, we created a package insert that is half instruction manual, half promotional flyer. Everything is designed in the typical ALPLA look, of course. The pictograms, which serve as both factual information and engaging illustration, also come from us.
Incidentally, "risks and side effects" are not listed in our COMPAINTION package insert—because there simply aren't any.
